How we verify
Where the data comes from
Three places: crowd reports from people who just walked through a cancel flow, published sources (press that staff-tested flows, long-running community threads, company help pages), and teardowns of the cancel-flow software industry itself.
Every offer on this site links its sources and shows the date it was last confirmed. If a claim has no source, it doesn’t ship.
Why nothing here is a guarantee
Companies A/B-test retention offers constantly — the same cancel flow can show you 20% off, 50% off, a pause, or nothing, depending on your account, tenure, and region. The vendors that build these flows advertise running hundreds of offer tests a day.
So we don’t promise amounts. We tell you whether a company flinches, what kind of offer people get, the reported range, and how recently someone confirmed it. Check the date; recent is reliable, stale is a coin flip.
What we will never do
We never scrape behind logins or automate accounts — every data point is a human report or a published source.
We never take money from listed services to change a verdict, and we’re affiliated with none of them.
We never publish your identity with a report. Reports are anonymous by design.
Corrections
Wrong or stale? Use the report form and say what you saw instead — corrections get priority review, usually within a couple of days.
The freshest data point is the one you report.
